This is young and taut and still getting itself properly arranged, but the energy and impact of the fruit here is as clear as it is good. It tastes of nectarine and bran, candied lemon and cucumber, nougat and lime-drizzled peach. It’s taut, balanced and well-composed, with a touch of velvet to its texture. It’s all a touch reserved at present but leave this alone for a year our two and it will, I am certain, blossom beautifully. 93+ points.
