This is dripping with green and red apple flavours, with lychee-like notes infused throughout, and with lemon blossom and musk notes as highlights. It’s more complex and indeed textural than your average gris, and yet it’s brimful with fruit flavour and neat as a pin to boot. Dripping with apples and dripping with quality, is the shorthand way to describe it. It will improve in the bottle, over the next year or two, as well. 93+ points.
