This is a very good sparkling wine, clean, pure, dry and well textured. There’s a smidgen of oyster-shell flavour here – always to be appreciated – which lifts off from notes of citrus, stonefruit and strawberry. Elegance and composure are key here but there’s no shortage of flavour or indeed of length. 92 points.
