Coppabella Procella I Hilltops Shiraz 2021

Bottle of Coppabella Procella I Hilltops Shiraz 2021.

Coppabella Procella I Hilltops Shiraz 2021
$70, 13.5% alcohol, screwcap, Hilltops.

This is fresh, fruity and complex with (black) pepper notes as highlights and a gentle creaminess to the texture. It ticks all the boxes and then some. It tastes of red and black cherries, sweet spices, orange rind and pepper, and from start to finish it feels and tastes both satisfying and delicious. 93 points.
