There are myriad flavours on offer here and all of these flavours are served with excellent intensity. Intensity, with riesling, is always the key. Lime jelly, lemongrass, honey, pure lemon and slate characters come run with tonic water and lime leaf. The dry assertion of the finish is the final marker of this wine’s (high) quality.
