$32, 12.5% alcohol, screwcap, Adelaide Hills.

This pale copper-crimson rosé is an absolute beauty. A lot of pale rosé wines taste of apples or, at the very least, taste like white wines with a slight tinge of colour. This rosé tastes like it was made from red grapes; it tastes strawberried and red cherried with attractive highlights of spice, leaf, green olives and assorted florals. It’s dry and serious through the fnish, with some grip as well, but the palate is all joy. Go you good thing. This is excellent. 94 points.
