This is a frisky, medium-weight shiraz offering red and black cherry flavours infused with peppercorn, dried herbs and red licorice. It’s svelte-textured, refreshing, complex without being in-your-face about it and both well polished and well sustained. The tannin here has a dry, almost pebbly aspect to it as well – another positive. 91 points.
