Irvine Spring Hill Riesling 2025

Mattinson review of Irvine Spring Hill Riesling 2025.

Irvine Spring Hill Riesling 2025
$27, 12.1% alcohol, screwcap, Eden Valley.

This is an ace. It’s dry, it’s fruity, it’s lengthy and it’s lovely. One sip and you know that you’re onto a goodun’. It tastes of lime, slate, lemon and (whispers of ) aromatic herbs, with a touch of lime rind in the mix too. From every angle, it’s a treat. 94 points.
