Eight at the Gate Shiraz 2022
$30, 14.7% alcohol, screwcap, Wrattonbully.

Sweet, ripe, red cherried fruit flavour is delivered with creamy mouthfeel and inflections of pepper, toast and cloves. It’s a warm, generous and enjoyable red wine; there’s nothing over the top about it, but it still delivers plenty, and both feels and tastes good. 91 points.
