Flowstone Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
$45, 14% alcohol, screwcap, Margaret River.

This is a medium-weight, well-composed Cabernet Sauvignon with blackcurrant, redcurrant, bay leaf and black olive characters running attractively throughout. There’s a gentle creaminess from oak, some subtle secondary characters, and a general impression of cohesion. Satisfying is the word.

Score: 92 points.
