This is just so distinctly savoury. It’s awash with seaweed, iodine, bacon fat, woodsmoke and twiggy herb notes, though of course it’s also well sluiced with juicy red cherry and fresh leather flavours. There’s a miso element as well; the Unami force is strong here. Savoury can be delicious; it certainly is here. 92 points.
