Bottle of Briar Ridge Dairy Hill Semillon 2025.

Briar Ridge Dairy Hill Semillon 2025
$45, 12.5% alcohol, screwcap, Hunter Valley.

Cellar this. It’s a ripper. The flavours here are clean, bright, pure and persistent. Indeed tasting this wine now is like looking over a perfectly tailored suit. Every stitch is precise, every button neat and done up, every line elegant. It tastes of citrus and brine but it’s the shape, form, length and harmony that matter – all of which are in top shape. 94 points.
