A wide spread of tannin, a sure push of blackcurrant and boysenberry, briar notes and a gravelly, minty side. This Margaret River cabernet feels both both medium in weight and serious at once. Floral notes add a prettiness, and despite its substance this wine feels bright and refreshing throughout. It will mature well. 92 points.
