This has plenty of aroma and the flavour to match. In fact it’s a punchy sauvignon blanc, packed with gooseberry, passionfruit, steel and thistle flavours and still – two years from vintage – fresh and crisp. It finishes dry and with an aftertaste of graphite. It performs pretty well.
