Allegiance Wines The Artisan Shiraz 2024

Mattinson review of Allegiance Wines The Artisan Shiraz 2024.

Allegiance Wines The Artisan Shiraz 2024
$50, 14.5% alcohol, screwcap, McLaren Vale.

Exactly what the doctor ordered. Warm, deep-set fruit flavours – think blackberries and plums – roll into notes of vanilla-cream and peppercorn, the net effect smooth, hearty, satisfying and delicious. One sip and you find yourself falling into its soft, cuddly embrace. Ripe, fully-integrated, licorice-infused tannin seals the deal. 92 points.
