This is rich and ripe, even at eight years of age, with blackcurrant, honey, soy and cedarwood characters ballooning throughout, and mint, bay leaf and violet notes rising at it breathes. Despite the impact of flavour there’s a sense that this is fully mature and should be consumed in the next few years. 92 points.
