This wine delivers the goods in soft, flavoursome, easy-going style. It ticks all the boxes and it does so with ease. Plum and black cherry characters roll into sweet spice, port wine jelly and caramel. It’s lively but it has enough thickness to satisfy. It falls safely into the “everyone will enjoy” category.
