Rich with grapefruit-driven flavour and beautifully balanced by sweet, nougat-like oak. Peach, cream, custard and apple-like flavours all contribute positively as well. There’s a power to this wine but there’s also a refinement; it hits up front and becomes progressively more elegant as it moves through your mouth. This is cellar-worthy.
