Riposte The Foil Sauvignon Blanc 2025

Mattinson review of Riposte The Foil Sauvignon Blanc 2025.

Riposte The Foil Sauvignon Blanc 2025
$24, 12.5% alcohol, screwcap, Adelaide Hills.

There’s some substance to the mid-plate flavour but the style remains crisp and refreshing. This is a good savvy blanc. It tastes of gooseberry and pears with lemongrass and fragrant herb notes on top, and while it’s frisky there’s also enough flavour to sink your teeth into (so to speak). 91 points.
