The wine offers a mouthful of flavour. That might sound like the bleeding obvious, but it has a bit more ‘body’ than most white wines. It tastes of pears, apples, salt and dried herbs, the latter a touch saltbush-like. It’s satisfying. It fruity but it has a savoury side. It works. 91 points.
