Goodbye stranger, hello friend. This is wild with flint-like notes but if that’s your thing, this is an absolute stunner. Matchsticks, nectarines, green apples, sweet herbs, tonic water and grilled peach characters all get a fine, fleshy, dramatic run, but the cavort of mineral-infused flint is the flame on which all the flavours burn. Love this. It’s champion. 95 points.
