Star Lane Chardonnay 2025

Bottle of Star Lane Chardonnay 2025.

Star Lane Chardonnay 2025
AU$65, 13.5% alcohol, screwcap, Beechworth.

Classic peach and pear flavours combine with inflections of stone, umami, toast, nougat, hay and mango skins. This wine is complex, interesting, well-powered and well sustained. It has good body, good dryness, genuine push to the palate in general but then an elegant, honed exit. It’s nice work all around and, of course, lovely drinking. 93 points – Campbell Mattinson.
