You don’t come across a 16-year-old botrytis Sauvignon Blanc every day. One that’s drinking as well as this: even rarer. This is a dark, dark amber in colour and yet the richness of its flavour is still fully intact. It tastes of orange rind, sweet tea, apricot and cumquats, with sweet lime characters flushing everything through. It’s drinking well, no question. 91 points.
