Cellar release.

Over twenty years old and still drinking beautifully. Remarkable. This is a wine of shape, texture, flavour and complexity, the finish then pushing on confidently. It tastes of grilled peaches, lanolin, lemongrass, toast, butter and wool, with cedar notes integrated through as well. The overall balance and “form” of this wine, after all these years, borders on mindblowing.
