This riesling spends time on skins prior to being fermented wild in old oak. It’s made in a Spaetlese off-dry style, with 33 grams of residual. 88 dozen were made.

The softness of this wine. The complexity. The nuance and the length. This is a beauty. Apple flesh, apple juice and apple core characters meet citrus, grapes, spice and complex florals. It almost tastes autumnal; it almost has a ‘farm cider’ aspect. From every angle, it’s delicious and more.
