King Valley riesling made in Kabinett (off-dry) style, fermented wild, 125 dozen made.

This is one of the more delicious wines you could ever hope to come across, for starters, but then it also has excellent fruit intensity, texture and length through the finish. It’s outstanding from every angle. It carries both cut and softness, is blessed with red apple and lime flavours, and finishes with steel and florals. It’s a ripper.
