Eminence The Assembly Blanc de Blanc 2022
$45, 12.1% alcohol, crown seal, Whitlands High Plateau/King Valley.

This is altogether excellent. It’s wild and characterful and all the things a small-run sparkling wine should be. Bread, citrus, woodsmoke and white flower characters run into buttermilk and grilled peach. It’s alive with flavour and then dry, textural and slatey through the finish. It’s a soul-restoring bottle of fizz. 94 points.
