This is a sparkling wine of both finesse and flavour. It’s built on strawberry and citrus flavours but brioche, honeysuckle and candy-apple characters all push through the palate with both confidence and ease. There’s a cleansing sizzle of flavour through the finish and a general impression that you’re in confident hands. 92 points.
