Avinyó La Ticota Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2017
12% alcohol, cork, Cana/Spain.

Oldest vines in the Penedès region, planted in 1940, all grown organically. Made with 100% Xarello grapes. Kept on lees for 6+ years.

Salty but well balanced. Exquisitely dry. Scents and flavours of fennel and tonic and orange rind. Love this. Powerful, dry and direct. Cava worth savouring. 94 points.
