It’s always good. It’s a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier. I consumed this particular bottle with dear friends, alongside a ridiculous number of dumplings and wontons, which is a particularly good way to consume it.

Elegant, powerful and long. So much linger. So much freshness. Beautiful oystery notes. Crisp red apple characters push through cream, almonds, nectarine and toast. Singing. Beautiful. 95 points – Campbell Mattinson.
