Codorníu Ars Collecta Josep Raventós Cava Gran Reserva Brut 2015
Cork, Cava/Spain.

Big flavour up front but then it hones to a lengthy, citrussy finish. Chalk, almond paste, lots of citrus and brine notes. More chalk emerges as it breathes. Solid bordering on substantial; it’s a meal of a wine. No shortage of character. 92 points.
