Daosa Late Disgorged Blanc de Blancs 2018

Bottle of Terre a Terre Daosa Late Disgorged Blanc de Blancs 2018.

Daosa Late Disgorged Blanc de Blancs 2018
AU$180, 13% alcohol, DIAM cork, Adelaide Hills.

This is fresh and welcoming but also immeasurably complex. It’s a wonderful bottle of sparkling wine. It’s savoury and citrussy, laced with yeast and blackcurrant bud notes, oystery through the finish and tapped with a briny dryness. It’s zippy in general but there’s a touch of satin to the texture too. It’s terrific.
