This is super savoury and super good. If this was available for me to buy I’d drink it by the bucketload. It’s a terrific pink sparkling wine. It has body. It has texture. It’s savoury. And it’s alive with strawberry and wild herb, toast and preserved citrus flavours. It finishes dry and textured. It’ is, simply, gorgeous. 94 points.
