Arras makes great sparkling rosé and this is more proof. In fact this is an absolute belter. It’s so dry, so characterful, so strewn with yeast, aromatic herbs, tonic and cooked apple flavours, and then so penetratingly long, chalky, juicy and delicious. There’s a dry, textural element to this wine, even in the face of its inherent mouthwatering crispness. It warrants a huge Yes Please. 95 points.
