Yarrabank Cuvee 2020

Mattinson review of Yarrabank Cuvee 2020.

Yarrabank Cuvee 2020
$50, 12.5% alcohol, DIAM cork, Yarra Valley.

This is just simply beautiful. It’s so oystery, so blessed with fruit flavour, so zippy through the finish and just so light and airy as it passes through your mouth. It’s a big Yes Please and Thank You, I will Have Another Glass, And Don’t Be So Stingy With The Pour This Time. Lemons, stonefruits, honey, yeast and salty oyster characters. I’m telling you. This is a delicious sparkling wine. 94 points.
