Howard Park Jeté Rosé NV

Mattinson review of Howard Park Jeté Rosé NV.

Howard Park Jeté Rosé NV
$48, 12.5% alcohol, DIAM cork, Great Southern.

If ever you wanted evidence that Howard Park’s grand sparkling play – under the name Jeté – is on the right track, this Howard Park Jeté Rosé NV provides it. It’s a beautiful sparkling rosé, and a worthy winner of a Gold Medal at Australia’s 2025 National Wine Show (not to mention its trophy win for Best Sparkling at the West Australian wine show in 2024). Winemaker Nic Bowen really has this wine singing, and tuned to perfection. It tastes shelly, strawberried, and generally complex/flavoursome, and yet it remains racy, which is what you want in fizz. No hesitation in recommending this. 93 points.
