Allegiance Wines Coonawarra Unity Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

There’s a lot to like about this cabernet from Coonawarra. It’s ripped with fruit and rippled with tannin, and while it shows mint, chocolate, cedar-smoke and blackcurrant flavours – and a good drive of tannin too – it’s all presented as one harmonious whole. Put it this way: one sip and you find yourself settling in for the ride. 93 points.
