Allegiance Wines Bowrider Sparkling Cuvee NV

Mattinson review of Allegiance Wines Bowrider Sparkling Cuvee NV.

Allegiance Wines Bowrider Sparkling Cuvee NV
$22, 11.5% alcohol, DIAM cork.

What you get here is a crisp, refreshing bottle of sparkling wine with bursts of citrus and nectarine, mostly, with subtle notes of hay, strawberry and yeast. It’s not the most complex sparkling wine but it’s dry, direct, fresh and zippy. In short, it does the job nicely. 90 points.
