Allegiance Wines Alumni Clare Valley Riesling 2023

Mattinson review of Allegiance Wines Alumni Clare Valley Riesling 2023.

Allegiance Wines Alumni Clare Valley Riesling 2023
$30, 11% alcohol, screwcap, Clare Valley.

Typicality is the key here. This delivers a solid hit of trademark Clare Valley riesling flavour, its lemon and lime characters both clear and pure, its subtle lime-leaf and lemon sorbet notes adding to the all-round refreshing impression. This is a dry wine and a hugely drinkable one. 90 points.
