This is a firm, well-fruited Pinot Noir with macerated red cherry flavours as the main driver but with ample floral, roasted spice and mint characters threaded throughout. There’s a nuttiness to this wine too, which combines well with the gentle creaminess of this wine’s texture. Firm, al dente tannin should help this wine age well too; it certainly has all the components in place to have it perform well in the cellar. 91 points.
