This is fragrant and grunty, tannic and fluid. It’s full of intent but it’s also, simply, a delicious wine to drink. It tastes of boysenberry and mint, floral characters, earth, twiggy herbs and rust, the latter in the most positive of ways. It’s gently savoury and beautifully fruited.
