Blue Pyrenees Estate Richardson Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
AU$60, 14% alcohol, DIAM cork, Pyrenees.

One for the tannin lovers. This is curranty and boysenberried and soft, with bay leaf, mint, red licorice and leaf matter notes adding both lift and general complexity. It all flows freely until the finish, where a long road of tannin presses firmly. It works well now and it will work well in the future too. This is a medium-weight wine that’s been well ripened and made.
