Blue Pyrenees Estate Richardson Shiraz 2022

Blue Pyrenees Estate Richardson Shiraz 2022
AU$60, 14.5% alcohol, DIAM cork, Pyrenees.

Clearly Blue Pyrenees Estate had a great year for shiraz in 2022. This is a beauty. It tastes of blue-, red- and black-berried fruits, gravel, graphite, potpourri and smoked cedar, with mint notes adding extra lift. There’s plenty of firm tannin, fine-grained and assertive, which adds here to the impression that you’re in sure, confident hands. The length of the finish seals the quality deal.
