This wine is both tasty and distinctive. It sits slightly on the light side of medium weight, it’s fresh and full of berry flavours, it carries a significant lift of mint and eucalypt character and it’s dry, juicy and well-structured through the finish. There’s a bit more tannin here than is usual in a lighter style and that’s a good thing; it’s an energetic red wine but it’s also well tethered. Lovely drinking, and value. Recommended.
