Curly Flat Williams Crossing Pinot Noir 2025
$38, 13% alcohol, screwcap, Macedon Ranges.

Both the flavour and the feel of this wine are spot on. Black cherry and undergrowth flavours merge into sweet spice, cedar, mint and assorted forest berries. It has a beautiful cool-but-ripe feel to it, a firmness to its tannin, and an impressive reach to the finish. In varietal terms there’s ample substance here and yet its face is fresh and lively. For both price and quality this is a very attractive offering. 92 points.
