Flowstone Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
$45, 14% alcohol, screwcap, Margaret River.

This wine marches to the beat of its own drum. It tastes of blackcurrant and game, smoke and mint, with musk, menthol and raspberry characters layered over the top. Dry tannin rips through the back half of the wine but the smoky juiciness of the fruit continues to push on. Cohesion isn’t this wine’s best friend and yet there’s still plenty ty here to be enjoyed. 89 points.
