Mosaique Organic Mediterranee IGP Rose 2024

Mattinson review of Mosaique Organic Mediterranee IGP Rose 2024.

Mosaique Organic Mediterranee IGP Rose 2024
$35, 12% alcohol, screwcap, France.

Squeaky clean flavour, mouthfeel and finesse. This is a seriously good rosé. The reason that it’s so good is that everything here feels clear, and defined, and purposeful. It tastes of aromatic herbs, strawberry, sweet spice and rust; it has that mineral edge, that gentle infusion of earth, even as it pours crisp, refreshing, dry-styled summer berry flavours at you. The saline grip of the finish is the perfect conclusion. This is gold medal standard, with added charisma. 94 points.
