This is a stunningly attractive chardonnay, full stop. The fruit feels beautifully ripened, the flesh is real, the savoury top notes are better than icing and there’s such a joyous juiciness to the finish. This is chardonnay as an elixir or as an essence. It’s beautiful. 94 points
