This is a wine of soft tannins and sure fruit sweetness. It has an exaggerated fruitiness, as they say, but it’s also well shaped and drifted with attractive herb notes. It’s a wine that does not shy away from the sweetest of its fruit, and indeed embraces it, and the result is both juicy and voluptuous. The short description of this wine is that it’s round, sweet-fruited and affordable. It was made to be a crowd pleaser and that’s exactly what it is.
