I’ve raved about the J&S Fielke wines previously and here is yet more proof.

The wines of J&S Fielke make the complex and exotic seem easy and more-ish. It’s quite incredible, really. This chardonnay is a wonder and a delight, which sounds hyperbolic but the wine deserves it. It tastes of hay, barley, white peach, toast, honey, apples and biscuits, the texture itself adding an almond-cream satiny smoothness. It’s dramatically beautiful in an elegant way, and it soars through the finish. All for $40. Wow.
